MaxinAI has a diverse board of directors who each have a primary purpose of ensuring the interests and rights of shareholders and all stakeholders are upheld. The diversity of our board is such that a number of the board members are considered independent, i.e. not employed to work in the day to day operations of MaxinAI in order to maintain transparency and fairness in all decisions made about and by the company. Our independent board members are actively encouraged to visit our company without hindrance from senior management.
